Class Timetable and bookings

I use a booking system called Bookwhen, where you can book into a class and also manage your bookings.

Book any five classes and get a £5 discount.

If you can’t get to class, you can either join on Zoom or I will send the class recording.

Transfers to another class are allowed up to 48 hours before the class starts - if you need a hand with this, please ask. I'm here to help !

  • Rise and Shine Yoga

    Thursdays, 830-930am, Hoylake Parade

    A great way to start your day !

    Relaxed and friendly classes for health and wellbeing, with a focus on strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques to soothe the mind and enhance emotional wellbeing.

  • Gentle flow yoga

    Wednesdays 6 - 7 pm, Calm Studio,

    Church Farm, Thurstaston

    The perfect mid week class to support your energy levels through the remainder of the week and into the weekend. Gently flowing sequences for balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility. Each class will include pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation.

  • Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs

    Mondays, 6 - 710pm in West Kirby

    Wednesdays 1030 - 1145 in Hoylake

    Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs is a 12 week course based on research by Arthritis Research UK and the University of York. Kate has been teaching the course since 2013 and is confident that it can help the majority of people with chronic back pain.   • Restorative yoga

    Thursdays, 7 - 830pm

    St Bridgets Centre, West Kirby & Zoom

    Everyone welcome

    This is the ideal class for anyone feeling tired, stressed or overwhelmed. 90 minutes of gently soothing yoga to ease mind, body and spirit, concluding with a long relaxation (yoga nidra).

    Restorative Yoga is Kate’s go to during times of stress and anxiety - it really is calming and soothing.

    The class runs on the third Thursday of the month.

  • Chair based yoga

    Thursdays, 1030 - 1200

    Westbourne Hall, West Kirby & Zoom

    Everyone welcome

    Chair yoga classes are ideal for anyone looking for a gentle exercise class who cannot get down to the floor, either through injury or illness. The classes include a variety of movements to maintain and improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance. Each class concludes with a lovely relaxation.

  • Well Woman yoga for Menopause

    Mondays, 730 - 830pm

    Women only

    Menopause yoga classes are all about the many ways in which yoga can support women through menopause. The classes are held on behalf of Wirral Menopause Community CIC.

  • Luxury yoga and soundbath days

  • Restful Relaxations

    Weekly audio relaxations to your phone via Whatsapp. If you’re in need of a rest (and chances are that you are !), take a break to lie down and enjoy some stillness while listening to a relaxation track. Relaxation techniques vary, so hopefully you’ll find one that suits you.

  • Menopause yoga teacher training

    Kateis a qualified CPD tutor for the British Wheel of Yoga offering teacher training events. Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange a teacher training event in your area.

  • Menopause Yoga mini retreats

    Its a pleasure to run mini retreat days for women about different elements of menopause, such as post menopause health, pelvic floor health, hot flushes and insomnia to name a few. Several events will run each year.
